Bocuse d'Or

From the beginning All-Clad has treasured its strong relationship with the world’s leading chefs and has sought to discover and to encourage new culinary artists. It is only natural that All-Clad has a strong presence both at the Bocuse d’Or and in the professional kitchens of many of its past winners.

All-Clad is an active supporter of the Bocuse d’Or every year. Through our exclusive relationship with this important event, All-Clad not only is at the forefront of the world’s most prestigious culinary competition, but connects continually with the top chefs around the world.
Bocuse d’Or

Founded in 1987 by the French chef Paul Bocuse

This world cooking contest is a biennial competition.
The event is often compared as the culinary equivalent of the Olympic Games.
The event takes place during two days in Lyon (FRANCE).


Hosts every year 24 countries and 24 renowned chef judges.
Thousands of fans attend the event.
Each team consists of two chefs, one lead chef, and an assistant chef.
Each team has five hours and 35 minutes to prepare two elaborate presentations, a meat dish and a fish dish.

Bocuse d’Or : Rasmus KOFOED, representing DENMARK

Bocuse d’Argent : Tommy MYLLYMÄKI, representing SWEDEN

Bocuse de Bronze : Gunnar HVARNES, representing NORWAY
