The highlight of the event is the presentation of FOOD & WINE Magazine’s America’s Best New Chefs awards. Winners are selected from hundreds of nominees who have proven their skills in restaurants throughout the country, but have run their professional kitchens for no more than five years. Past honorees have included such notables as Thomas Keller, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Daniel Boulud.
