Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp soft butter, diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 medium apples

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place all ingredients, except apples, in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Launch the P3 pastry program for 3 minutes.

3. Core and dice the apples without peeling. At the end of the program, add apples to the bowl and mix at speed 6 for 50 seconds. Spoon mixture into the prepared muffin pan.

4. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm or cold.
