Artichoke Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) jar marinated artichokes, drained
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, if desired
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 medium black olives, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife.

2. Mix at speed 12 for 15 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix for another 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. 3 Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers or small slices of bread.
