Banana and Coconut Smoothie

For a very cold milkshake, add 2 ice cubes at the same time as the coconut milk. This drink can also be made with milk and soy yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup sweetened refrigirated coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

Preparation

1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks.

2. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Mix at speed 12 for 1 minute.

3. Serve chilled.
