Ingredients

  • 1 medium Granny Smith Apple
  • 3 medium cooked beets, cooled
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth

Preparation

1. Peel and dice the apple. Cube the cooked beets.

2. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife.

3. Mix at speed 12 for 3 minutes. Serve cold.
