Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation

1. Remove seeds from the jalapeños and bell pepper. Rough chop jalapeños, pepper and garlic. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Season with salt.

2. Mix at speed 12 for 3 minutes.

3. Serve cold.
