Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

1. Cut the spinach into thin slices. Place in the bowl fitted with the mixer and press down if necessary. Crumble the vegetable broth cube over spinach and add cream, nutmeg and pepper.

2. Launch the P2 simmer program at 190°F for 15 minutes.
