Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, figs, dates)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

2. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Launch the P3 pastry program.

3. At the end of the program, pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes.

4. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the side of the pan to loosen, then remove the side. Serve warm or cool.
