Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby cut carrots
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange peel

Preparation

1. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Place carrots in the steam basket and place the basket in the Prep&Cook bowl. Launch the P1 steam program at 210°F for 15 minutes. At the end of the program, remove the carrots and empty the water from the bowl.

2. Place the carrots and all remaining ingredients in the bowl fitted with the mixer. Launch the P1 simmer program at 270°F for 3 minutes.
