1. Peel and quarter the red onion and garlic. Remove the avocado skin and take out the pit.
2. Place the onion and garlic in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Mix at speed 11 for 10 seconds.
3. Add the avocados, tomato, Tabasco®, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix at speed 7 for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again until desired consistency is reached. Serve chilled.
