Ingredients

  • 1 large pasteurized egg yolk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the whisk.

2. Launch at speed 7 for 2 minutes. While the machine is running, gradually pour in the oil through the opening of the lid. Once the mayonnaise is ready, stop the machine. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
