Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. Peel and chop the onion. Place all ingredients, except ketchup and mustard, in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Mix at speed 12 for 10-20 seconds. Place into the prepared pan.

3. Mix together the mustard and ketchup and spread over the meat. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Serve warm or cold.
