You can replace the butter with a soy sauce vinaigrette: 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 sprigs of tarragon. In this case, do not add salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp soft butter
  • 2 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

1. Peel and dice the potato and carrots.

2. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Place all the vegetables in the steam basket and place the basket in the Prep&Cook bowl. Launch the P2 steam program for 35 minutes.

3. Serve immediately with butter and tarragon. Season with salt.
