Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup shelled hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup shelled walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place butter in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Melt at speed 5 at 210ºF for 2 minutes.

3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl. Mix at speed 3 for 2 minutes.

4. Spread mixture on a 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool. Mixture should be stored in a tightly closed container for up to 1 week.
