Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder

Preparation

1. Place the milk, eggs, sugar and salt in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Mix at speed 10 for 30 seconds. Gradually add the flour and baking powder through the opening on the lid, still mixing at speed 10.

2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan on medium-high heat. Pour 1⁄8 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook about 1 minute or until dry around the edges and bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook for about 1 minute more or until bottom is golden brown.

3. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
