Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups packed basil leaves
  • 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. Peel the garlic. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife.

2. Mix at speed 12 for 10 seconds. Using a spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl and bring the mixture to the center. Mix again for 10 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

3. Place the mixture in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
