Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin
  • 1 pre-cooked Kielbasa (about 14 oz)
  • 1/4 medium green cabbage
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 leek (white part only)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium turnip
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups water

Preparation

1. Cut pork loin into 1-inch cubes and Kielbasa into 2-inch pieces. Peel and roughly chop the vegetables.

2. Place all ingredients into the bowl fitted with the mixer. Launch the P2 simmer program at 200°F for 45 minutes.

3. At the end of cooking, drain and discard broth before serving.
