Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) can red beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove roasted garlic
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/8-¼ tsp smoked paprika

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in bowl fitted with the ultrablade. Mix at speed 10 for 30 seconds.

2. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Mix at speed 12 for 30 seconds.

3. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or with your favorite salad.
