Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ cup blackberry jam
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients, except blackberry jam and vanilla, in the bowl fitted with the mixer. Set P1 simmer program at 270°F for 10 minutes.

2. Add blackberry jam and vanilla extract; mix at speed 8 for 15 seconds.

3. Serve warm or cool over ice cream, pancakes, fruit or stir into yogurt. Refrigerate leftovers.
