All-Clad’s Professional Stainless Steel Tools are suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
Before using for the first time, we recommend that you wash in hot soapy water or in dishwasher.
To protect the lustrous shine, we do NOT recommend using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use.
To prevent water spotting, rinse in hot water and dry immediately with a soft dish cloth.
Due to the natural bristles on the pastry brush, we recommend that you wash by hand and dry thoroughly, immediately after cleaning.
Caution: The use of stainless steel tools on some non-stick cookware or bakeware may result in damage to the pan’s surface. Always refer to your cookware’s recommendations for proper utensil use.
