All-Clad electrical products are backed by a strong authorized service center network. Repairs and spare parts are available to keep your product running well during and after the warranty period.

During the Warranty Period:
Simply contact our Consumer Service team at 800-255-2523, or via email at Contact Us, for troubleshooting and support. If a repair is needed, a prepaid shipping label is provided to get your product to the closest repair center. The repair center will then quickly repair your product and return it back to you.

After the Warranty Period:
Please contact one of our repair centers directly for any repair, accessory, or spare parts needs.
