All-Clad is pleased to present Chef Johnny Iuzzini at the New York City Wine and Food Festival, October 10-12 at Pier 54 at 13th and West Streets in Manhattan.
Johnny’s fascination with pastry and food started when he was 17. Since that time he has worked with some of the biggest names in the culinary world. Johnny has won numerous awards and honors, receiving America’s top pastry award from the James Beard Foundation in 2006. Today, Johnny serves as Executive Pastry Chef to icon Jean Georges Vongerichten. He will publish his first book; Dessert Fourplay, published by Clarkson Potter this year and is working on a television series that matches his iconoclast, go-for-broke personality.
