All-Clad Portable Induction Burner 
    
The All-Clad Portable Induction Burner is
compatible with all magnetic cookware
with a flat base and diameter of 6-12",
including All-Clad Stainless and now the 
Copper-Core line.  Copper-Core in past years
has not been compatible with induction ranges. 
However, this technology now exists in the
stainless steel exterior of the Copper-Core. 
To test your cookware simply place a magnet up
to the exterior of your pan and if the magnet
sticks, your pan is induction ready.  Please test 
the Copper-Core cookware that you bought
previously to see if compatible with induction
cook tops.
