1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter bottom and side of a 10-inch springform pan.
2. Peel, core and slice the apples. Spread in the prepared pan.
3. Place all remaining ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Launch the P3 pastry program.
4. Pour the mixture over the apples, mixing in slightly. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. To prevent overbrowning, cover loosely with piece of foil during last 15 minutes of baking. Cool for at least 1 hour before serving. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen; remove side of the pan. Cut into wedges.
