1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the yolks, milk and sugar in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Mix at speed 11 for 10 seconds. Gradually add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix another 2 minutes. Place the mixture in a separate bowl and wash the Prep&Cook bowl.
2. Place egg whites in the bowl fitted with the whisk and launch at speed 6 for 5 minutes, without the stopper. Gently fold egg whites into the mixture.
3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan and place 1/4 cup of the mixture in the pan, spreading them out. After about 2 minutes, check and flip the blinis. Transfer to a plate and repeat until all the batter has been used.
