1. Peel the garlic and onion and dice the pepper. Place the garlic, onion and peppers in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Mix at speed 11 for 20 seconds. Replace the ultrablade knife with the mixer.
2. Using a spatula, bring the chopped vegetables into the center of the bowl and add the oil, cumin and coriander. Launch the P1 simmer program at 270°F for 8 minutes.
3. At the end of the program, add flour, cubed chicken and chicken broth. Season with salt. Launch the P2 simmer program at 200°F for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4. Prepare couscous according to package directions. Serve immediately with the chicken.
