1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Launch the Prep&Cook at speed 8 for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
3. Using a tablespoon, place small mounds of dough evenly spaced on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cookies are set. The cookies should be golden and soft at the end of baking; they will harden as they cool.
