Chocolate Pots de Crème


Make a crème caramel by replacing the chocolate with salted butter caramel cream.

  • 3 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cornstarch


1. Cut the chocolate into pieces. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the whisk. Launch the dessert program at speed 6 at 190°F for 10 minutes.

2. At the end of the program, divide the cream among ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
