1. Remove the pulp from the preserved lemon and dice. In a small bowl, stir together lemon, honey, soy sauce and oil.
2. Place each cod fillet on a piece of parchment paper. Pour half the lemon mixture over each piece. Fold paper to create a tight package.
3. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Place the packages in the steam basket and place the basket in the Prep&Cook bowl. Launch the P1 steam program for 20 minutes.
4. At the end of cooking, serve immediately with rice.
