  • Cocktail Recipe:
  • 1.5 oz. Bourbon of choice
  • 1.0 oz. Peach Puree
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Serrano Syrup
  • 1 Dash Lemon Bitters

  • Mocktail Recipe:
  • Peach Puree
  • Serrano Syrup
  • Lemon Juice

  • Shake. Pour into double rocks glass with large ice cube.
  • Garnish with a sliced peach.

  • Peach Puree:
  • Fill cylinder container or large mixing bowl with pitted peaches and add equal part water.
  • Puree with All-Clad Cordless Immersion Blender until completely combined and strain to remove excess pulp.

  • Serrano Syrup:
  • ¼ quart white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon aniseed oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 serrano peppers sliced (longwise)

  • Combine ingredients into small sauce pan and bring to a low simmer on medium-high heat. Swirl saucepan occasionally until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and strain to remove seeds. You can leave peppers in container to add additional flavor, otherwise remove the peppers prior to storing syrup in an airtight container.
