Ingredients

  • 5 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • ¼ cup pepitas
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup white sesame seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup dried blueberries

Preparation

Melt honey, maple syrup and olive oil together in a 1 qt All-Cad sauce pot. Combine oats, coconut, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and salt. Toss with honey and olive oil mixture. Bake in the oven at 350 until dry and golden brown for 15-20 minutes in an All-Clad large sauté pan, making sure to take it out of the oven every ten minutes to flip it around and be sure that is gets golden brown on all sides. Once done, remove from oven and let cool for one hour. Fold in dried cherries and blueberries.
