Honey Comb Candy

  • Very easy



  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Honey
  • 1 tb Baking Soda


Place sugar and honey in 1.5 quart sauce pan.

Bring to 300°. Don’t whisk; just swirl occasionally to avoid burning.

When 300° is reached, remove pan from burner and whisk in baking soda. (It will bubble up)

Immediately place on sheet pan lined with silicone pad and let cool in a dry place.

Break into desired pieces.
