You can wash the butter to remove more of the buttermilk. To do so, place butter and 1/2 cup ice water in the Prep&Cook bowl. Mix at Speed 7 for 30 seconds. In a strainer, press the butter to remove the water and buttermilk. Repeat the process until the water is no longer cloudy when pressing the butter.
1. Place cream in the bowl fitted with the whisk. Launch at speed 7 for 7-9 minutes or until butter has separated from the buttermilk. In a mesh strainer, strain the buttermilk from the butter, pressing to remove liquid from the butter.
2. Wash the Prep&Cook bowl. Return the butter to the bowl fitted with the whisk. Add honey, lavender and salt. Launch at speed 5 for 30 seconds or until well blended. Remove the butter from the bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
