1. Place the butter in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Melt at speed 5 at 270°F for 3 minutes.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and launch the P3 pastry program for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a madeleine pan and fill 3/4 full; do not flatten, keep mounded.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool before removing from the pan.
