Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/3 cup shelled hazelnuts

Preparation

1. Place the oats, milk and water in the bowl fitted with the mixer. Cook at speed 4 at 180°F for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the apricots and hazelnuts.

3. Add the honey, cinnamon, chopped apricots and hazelnuts to the bowl. Mix at speed 6 for 1 minute.
