1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Butter 6 popover cups with 1 Tbsp. of the butter. Place in the oven while preheating.
2. Place all remaining ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Launch at speed 3 for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Launch at speed 8 for 1 minute.
3. Remove the popover pan from the oven and pour batter evenly into the cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown. Do not open the oven during baking. At the end of baking, remove popovers from the cups immediately and cut a small slit in the side of each. Serve with butter.
