1. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
2. Put the water and yeast in the bowl fitted with kneading/crushing blade. Start the P1 pastry program. After 30 seconds, add flour, salt and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. After 2 minutes 30 seconds of mixing your dough should be shaped like a ball. Be careful to leave it in the Prep&Cook to rise for the next 40 minutes of the program.
3. Cut slices of ham into four pieces each. Chop mushrooms into thin slices and cut the mozzarella into 1/4-inch slices. Shred the basil leaves. 4 At the end of the program, roll out dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread pizza sauce on the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Add mozzarella, ham, mushrooms and basil. Sprinkle with oil. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until crust is light brown and cheese is melted.
