Roasted Garlic


Serve softened garlic smeared on French bread, or use in mashed potatoes or favorite soup or dip.

  • 1 large head garlic
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil


1. Cut top and bottom off the head of garlic; separate into cloves.

2. Place cloves of garlic and olive oil in the bowl fitted with the mixer blade.Mix at speed 1 at 270°F for 30 minutes. When cooking is over, remove garlic cloves from the bowl. Remove any papery skin left on the garlic and use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
