1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut in half. Place in the bowl with the ultrablade knife and mix at speed 12 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
2. Replace the ultrablade knife with the mixer and add oil. Launch the P1 simmer program at 270°F for 7 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the wine through the opening, replace the stopper and continue to cook for remaining 2 minutes. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package directions.
3。 Add the tomatoes and tomato paste to the bowl. Launch the P3 simmer program at 200°F for 12 minutes. After 5 minutes, add seafood and cook for remaining 7 minutes. Gently stir seafood sauce, parsley, salt and pepper into the pasta before serving.
