1. Trim and roughly chop the onions. Remove seeds and roughly chop the jalapeño. Place onions, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro and mushrooms in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Mix at speed 12 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix at speed 8 for 15 seconds or until mixture is well combined.
2. Using wet hands, shape mixture into 24 small balls. Wash the Prep&Cook bowl.
3. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Place the balls in the steam basket and place the basket in the Prep&Cook bowl. Launch the P1 steam program for 12 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
