Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 medium parsnip
  • 2 oz smoked ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

1. Peel the carrots and parsnip and shave into strips using a peeler.

2. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Place the vegetables in the steam basket and place the basket in the Prep&Cook bowl. Launch the P1 steam program for 15 minutes.

3. Cut the ham into matchsticks. Place ham, cheese, cream and pepper in a bowl; mix well.

4. At the end of cooking, combine the steamed vegetables and ham mixture in a bowl and mix. Serve immediately.
