- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Regularly season with food-grade mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
- To extend the life of the board, it should be regularly seasoned with a food-grade mineral oil.
- To season the board properly, apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to wood surface using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel. Allow oil to absorb, then wipe off any excess. Reapply as needed.
