International Women’s Day at All-Clad: Honoring the Women Moving Manufacturing Forward and Empowering You to Bring Out Your Best
International Women’s Month: Honoring the Women Leaders Moving All-Clad Forward
At All-Clad, progress has always been driven by people who care deeply about how things are made—and why they matter. On International Women’s Day, we’re proud to recognize the women whose expertise, leadership, and commitment continue to shape the future of our company and American manufacturing.
This isn’t a story about being invited into the room. It’s about building the room. Women across All-Clad are engineers, product leaders, strategists, and operators who have earned their place through skill, persistence, and a shared standard of excellence. They influence what we design, how we manufacture, and how we bring products to home cooks across the United States and around the world.
From the manufacturing floor to product development, sales, and marketing, many of the women who work for All-Clad are helping carry forward a legacy rooted in craftsmanship—while also pushing it into its next chapter. Their work reflects what has always defined All-Clad: thoughtful design, uncompromising performance, and tools built to outlast.
Today, we begin by sharing the story of a few of those leaders, and the broader culture that supports people who show up every day ready to build something better.
Meet Nicole: Advancing Innovation Through Research and Technology
Nicole Christy, Research Engineer, Product Development and Technology
At All-Clad, innovation begins long before a product reaches the production floor. As a Research Engineer in Product Development and Technology, Nicole explores new materials, refines designs, and tests emerging technologies to push performance forward without compromising quality or craftsmanship. Her work helps turn ideas into real-world solutions that cook better, last longer, and feel right in the hands of home cooks and professionals alike.
By blending research, experimentation, and engineering expertise, Nicole helps evolve the All-Clad standard first established in 1971, ensuring our products continue to meet modern cooking demands while staying true to the quality we’re known for.
Why Nicole enjoys working at All-Clad:
“What I enjoy most about working at All-Clad is the balance between creativity and discipline. We’re encouraged to think outside the box, but every idea has to earn its place through rigorous testing and real performance. If it doesn’t make the product better, it doesn’t move forward. That commitment to quality is what makes the work meaningful and the results something I am proud to stand behind.”

Meet Jenn: Leading Manufacturing Excellence at All-Clad
Jenn Vaughn, Director of Manufacturing Operations
At All-Clad, manufacturing excellence starts on the factory floor and extends through every process, team, and decision behind the scenes. As Director of Manufacturing Operations, Jenn oversees the people and operations that ensure every product is built to meet our exacting standards, consistently and at scale. Her leadership helps transform raw materials into cookware that delivers lasting performance, reliability, and craftsmanship engineered for multi-generational use.
Under Jenn’s direction, the All-Clad standard remains the foundation of how we operate today, guiding everything from team engagement to process improvements and quality assurance.
When asked what Jenn most values at All-Clad:
“What I value most about working at All-Cad is the hardworking team and our commitment to doing things the right way. When we empower great people with clear direction and effective tools, exceptional quality is the organic outcome. We build with intention, we build it right, and nothing leaves our facility unless it meets our standard.”

Meet Liz: Ensuring Only Quality Products Leave Our Factory
Liz Petley, Product Development and Quality Engineer
At All-Clad, quality doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built into every step of our manufacturing process, guided by a deep commitment to craftsmanship, and reinforced long before a product ever reaches your kitchen. Liz plays a critical role in making sure each piece that leaves our factory delivers the beauty, performance, and reliability our customers expect, from the moment they open the box and for years of cooking ahead.
With Liz’s dedication, the All-Clad quality of standards continues to live on today, uncompromised and unwavering.
What’s the best part of working at All-Clad:
“What makes me feel good about working at All-Clad is knowing the standard we stand behind. We don’t cut corners. We use quality materials at every step in the process to ensure the product customers receive will last for generations to come.”

Meet Wendy: Turning Inspiration into Kitchen Innovation
Wendy Dyer, International Product Director
At All-Clad, great products are shaped by more than engineering and manufacturing — they’re inspired by how people cook. As International Product Director, Wendy partners with research, product development, and manufacturing teams to identify technologies that deliver meaningful benefits in the kitchen. Every design honors All-Clad’s heritage while advancing the needs of today’s cooks.
She bridges strategy and execution, aligning innovation, quality, and insight into a clear product vision. Inspired by respected chefs and cooking at home for her family, Wendy understands firsthand the role great tools play in creating memorable moments. Driven to transform bold ideas into products loyal consumers trust and love, she brings clarity and purpose to every stage of development, ensuring each product reflects the performance, consistency, and craftsmanship that define All-Clad.
What inspires Wendy working at All-Clad: “I’m inspired every day by the experts I work with who care deeply about what they make. Their pride and dedication follow me home, where I teach my daughters to cook with the tools we’ve built together — showing them what passion and hard work can make possible.”

Meet Lauren: Connecting Craftsmanship to the Cook
Lauren DaSilva, Senior Product Manager
At All-Clad, exceptional products are built through research, engineering, manufacturing, and quality, but it’s Lauren who brings it all together for the people who matter most: cooks. As Senior Product Manager, Lauren takes the innovation, performance, and craftsmanship developed across teams and translates it into clear product direction, messaging, and experiences that resonate in real kitchens.
Working closely with research engineers, manufacturing leaders, and international product teams, Lauren ensures every product tells a cohesive story, one that explains not just what it is, but why it matters and how it elevates the cooking experience. Her work helps cooks understand the value behind every design decision, material choice, and performance benefit, making it easier to choose All-Clad with confidence.
Lauren on working at All-Clad:
“What I love about working at All-Clad is helping connect the dots between the craftsmanship behind our cookware and the people using it every day. There’s an incredible amount of intention in how our products are made, and I’m passionate about making sure that story is clear. Once cooks understand what goes into it, the performance really speaks for itself.”

The Women of All-Clad - Upholding the All-Clad Standard Since 1971
Together, these very special leaders, and many more, represent a critical and important part of the full lifecycle of an All-Clad product, from the first spark of research to the exacting quality standards to the moment it’s placed on the stovetop. Each role plays a distinct part, but they are united by a shared commitment to doing things the right way. Research and product development push performance forward, manufacturing and quality ensure every detail meets our standard, global leadership keeps perspective wide, and product management translates it all into something cooks can trust and understand. It’s a collaborative effort built on expertise, accountability, and respect for the craft.
This is how the All-Clad standard, first set in 1971, continues to thrive today. Not through shortcuts or trends, but through people who care deeply about how products are made and how they’re used. Every pan that leaves our factory reflects that dedication, built with intention, tested with rigor, and designed to perform in real kitchens for years to come. At All-Clad, quality isn’t just a promise, it’s a process, and it starts with the people behind the product.
On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women moving All-Clad forward—and the many voices, perspectives, and hands that continue to strengthen a legacy rooted in American manufacturing and built to last.
