Celebrating the Next Generation of Culinary Leaders: All-Clad Future Chefs Scholarship 2025

For decades, All-Clad has proudly supported the Culinary Institute of America and its mission to shape the future of the culinary world. Each year, we award two scholarships to deserving students whose passion, dedication, and talent embody the spirit of innovation and excellence we value deeply.
Supporting these students is more than a tradition for us—it’s a way to invest in the future of food. Watching the next generation of chefs, bakers, and culinary scientists develop their skills with All-Clad cookware in the classrooms is a source of pride and inspiration to us.
This year, we are honored to present the 2025 All-Clad Future Chefs Scholarships to two outstanding students: Adam Gaimster and Alexander Arpino.
Let’s meet the 2025 All-Clad Future Chefs Scholarship Recipients
Adam Gaimster – Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Food Studies, Class of 2026
Hailing from Tacoma, Washington, Adam’s passion for cooking was sparked at an early age in his family’s Italian restaurant, Il Fiasco. Surrounded by food and hospitality, he realized by age 14 that the culinary world was his calling. After touring the CIA campus during a family visit to the East Coast, Adam knew he had found the place where his culinary journey would flourish.
Adam is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Food Studies with plans to complete his externship at the renowned Surf Club in Miami, Florida. His dream is not only to graduate debt-free but also to travel the world, broadening his culinary skills and experiences. This scholarship represents both a recognition of his hard work and a step toward achieving those goals. We look forward to seeing your world experiences shape your voice in the industry ahead.
Alexander Arpino – Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Science, Class of 2027
From Norwalk, Connecticut, Alexander is studying Culinary Science with a focus in Baking & Pastry Arts. Drawn to the CIA’s industry-leading program in food science, he aspires to become a leader in culinary research and development, exploring areas such as sensory sciences and sustainability.
Though he admits the journey hasn’t always been easy, Alexander has embraced the challenge, leaning on professors, peers, and chefs to strengthen his skills and maintain academic excellence. His long-term goal is to build a career at the intersection of culinary creativity and food innovation, making a lasting impact on the industry. Currently Alex is doing his externship working at Nestle for culinary research and development in Solon, Ohio. We look forward to seeing your innovative approach bring new ideas to the future of this industry.
