The Covid-19 situation has affected all of our day-to-day activities. We therefore thank you for your understanding regarding our response times to your requests and/or repairs of your products, in or out of warranty. We and our authorized repair centers are doing their utmost to meet your needs as quickly as possible.
We are maintaining an online parts and accessories sales service whenever possible, as is the case in our Accessories Shop or via some of our repairers, while trying to limit delivery delays as much as possible in accordance with local guidelines.
CAUTION: Some repairers might be closed, we advise you to contact them by phone before visiting.

All-Clad electrical products are backed by a strong authorized service center network. Repairs and spare parts are available to keep your product running well during and after the warranty period.
During the Warranty Period:
Simply contact our Consumer Service team at 800-255-2523, or via email at Contact Us, for troubleshooting and support. If a repair is needed, a prepaid shipping label is provided to get your product to the closest repair center. The repair center will then quickly repair your product and return it back to you.
After the Warranty Period:
Please contact one of our repair centers directly for any repair, accessory, or spare parts needs.
