When it comes to making sauce, gravy, or other liquidy foods, the saucepan is your go-to. Its high, straight sides lend itself well for frequent stirring or whisking that comes with making sauces, limiting spilling. And the smaller surface area holds heat well and limits evaporation. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucepan features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. At 3 quarts, it’s a good size for a saucy one-pot pasta for two. Once you’re done, cleaning is so easy you’ll forgo putting it in the dishwasher and opt for handwashing it, just to hold it a little longer. Like all our bonded cookware, it’s handmade in the USA at our Canonsburg, PA factory.
For fast and efficient cleanup, line ovenware with parchment paper before baking or roasting. Oven and broiler safe up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hand wash to maintain the ovenware's beauty. Be sure to wash before the first use and clean thoroughly between uses. Allow the ovenware to cool prior to cleaning. Rinse off any excess food with warm water. Soak in warm, soapy water, then wash with a sponge or soft cloth. Use a nylon scouring pad for more difficult cleaning. For tough to clean spots or marks, like burnt fat, protein shadows and charred food, clean with nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keeper's Friend* or Bon Ami*, Form a paste with the cookware cleanser and a small amount of water. Apply the paste using a soft cloth or sponge, rubbing in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately. Repeat if needed, allowing the paste to soak on the ovenware before scrubbing. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately to prevent spotting.
