We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean All-Clad Forged Knives as this can easily dull the cutting edge. We recommend to handwash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge and towel dry immediately. For best results, as well as safety, do not soak knives in soapy water as this can lead to corrosion and possible injury if knife cannot be seen clearly in sink.
