- Discount codes offered on www.all-clad.com are valid only on www.all-clad.com and cannot be used elsewhere.
- Certain products are excluded from promotions. Please refer to the specific promotion for a list of excluded items.
- To apply a promotional code, enter it in the “Discount Codes” field on the Shopping Cart page and click “Apply Coupon.” The discount will appear in your cart total.
- Some promotions are automatically applied at checkout. When applicable, qualifying orders will receive the discount without entering a code.
- During checkout, your discount will be reflected on the Place Your Order page and in the order confirmation email.

Price Match Policy
Does All-Clad.com offer price matching?
At this time, All-Clad.com does not offer price matching for products sold by other retailers. Prices on our website are exclusive to All-Clad.com and may differ from those found in physical stores or other online marketplaces.
Do you offer price adjustments for sales or promotions?
We offer price adjustments within 7 days of purchase. To receive a promotional price, your order must have been placed within 7 days prior to or during the active dates of the promotion. Orders placed outside this window are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
Can I get a price match if an item is out of stock?
Price matching and promotional pricing apply only to in-stock items. We do not offer price protection or rain checks for items that are out of stock or on backorder during a promotion. Once restocked, items will be sold at the current price listed on the website.
What happens if there is a pricing error?
While we strive for accuracy, occasional typographical or technical errors may result in incorrect pricing. All-Clad reserves the right to cancel orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. If this occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund to your original form of payment.
Gift with Purchase Offers
When are Gift With Purchase offers valid?
Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions are valid only during the dates specified in promotional banners, product pages, emails, or other marketing materials. Once the promotional period ends, the offer is no longer available and cannot be honored outside the published dates.
How do I qualify for a Gift With Purchase?
To receive a free gift, your order must include the qualifying product(s) listed in the promotion during the valid promotional window. Only purchases made directly on All-Clad.com during the active dates are eligible.
How will the gift be added?
Your free gift will automatically be added to your cart once the qualifying item is included.
