Simply contact our Consumer Service team at 800-255-2523, or via email at Contact Us, for troubleshooting and support. If a repair is needed, a prepaid shipping label is provided to get your product to the closest repair center. The repair center will then quickly repair your product and return it back to you.
After the Warranty Period
Please contact one of our repair centers directly for any repair, accessory, or spare parts needs.

While we would love to have a repairer in every state, to keep to our quality standards this is not possible. If a repairer does not fall in your state, please contact the one closest to you or All-Clad Customer Service to help.
